Me Day
Last year, I started a monthly “me day”. On me day, I don’t work, I don’t do laundry or chores, and I only do whatever I genuinely want to do. No schedule, no rules, no working! Here are some things that I have done on me days. Went to a movie by myself, ordered a giant popcorn, glass of wine, and enjoyed the show in the fancy recliner seat! Went to the pool and read an entire book! Spa day! Massages are amazing! Binge watched Netflix! Had brunch/lunch with gal pals! Went shopping and bought stuff for me, not the kids! After many months at home, my lunch menu needs help. So, when I saw Disney’s peanut butter & jelly rolls, I got super excited to try them out! Making something easy and fun is exactly what I want right now. This recipe is from the Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park!
