Joy sharing In April of 2012, at the Dickerson Park Zoo in Springfield Missouri, I hand fed a magnificent giraffe! It filled my heart with utter joy to see this long tongued massive creature eating from my hand. My love of giraffes began that very moment! Giraffes are a symbol of many things.
