Yoga Newbie
After having my second baby, I made a commitment this year to get moving and be active! You all know the weight doesn’t magically disappear over night.
So, I started the free 30 day yoga for weight loss challenge on amazon prime. Now, I am not graceful and I look like a wobbly giraffe trying to be a gazelle when I do yoga. The first day, I didn’t even own a mat. But I did it! Every day for 30 days and now it is built into my morning routine every weekday! I have to have my weekends off because mama needs a break!
Julia Marie is an amazing instructor and I am now trying more of her videos on yoga plus. I must say that my pre conceived notions about yoga were wrong other than the crazy vocabulary. Still haven’t figured that one out…I feel strong and confident and energetic each day now and I like it!
